How much is the subscription?
New subscriptions are USD 29 every 30 days and include all app features, with a 14-day trial where eligible. SMS usage and prepaid credit are separate; the trial does not include free SMS messages.
What are the SMS rates by country?
Rates depend on destination and message parts. The app shows your campaign estimate before confirmation, including personalization and the unsubscribe link. SMS usage is charged separately from the subscription.
Which automations are included?
Welcome, win-back, post-purchase, cart recovery, checkout recovery, cash-on-delivery reminder, order confirmation, payment confirmation, shipping update and delivery update.
Can I personalize messages and write in another language?
Yes. Add first-name personalization and write in your chosen language. Character encoding and the final personalized message affect the number of SMS parts and cost.
How does cart recovery work?
The storefront app embed helps recognize eligible signed-in customers who allow Shopify privacy consent. Enable cart capture in your theme; turning it on does not itself send SMS.
How do subscriptions and top-ups work?
Approve your subscription and prepaid EUR credit purchases through Shopify. Credit becomes available after approval is confirmed. Optional low-balance top-up suggestions do not charge automatically.
Do order updates respect SMS permissions?
Yes. SMS permission and opt-outs are respected, including for order updates.
Which countries can I reach?
SMS Marketing Hub lists rates for European destinations, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Confirm availability and recipient eligibility in the app when preparing your campaign.
