Website privacy
When you submit the contact form, the website processes your name, email, optional store URL, selected product and message to deliver your enquiry to Obsedia and respond to it. Messages are sent through Google Workspace. The website does not publish your message. Hosting and security operations may also process technical connection data. An encrypted recovery copy is saved before email delivery. Its message content is removed from the active recovery queue after SMTP confirms acceptance; unresolved messages remain available to our team until resolved. Minimal delivery receipts are kept for 24 hours. We also send an automatic receipt to the email address supplied. The team notification and your receipt are processed separately; each encrypted email copy is removed after its SMTP acceptance.
Website analytics and cookie choices
Google Analytics 4 is optional. We load the Google tag only after you select Accept. If you reject it or do not make a choice, this integration does not load Google Analytics or send it analytics data. This choice concerns the Obsedia website, not the separate Shopify apps.
After acceptance, Analytics processes page visits, traffic sources, approximate location, device and browser information, and a pseudonymous browser identifier in first-party cookies. It does not identify visitors to us by name. Our integration does not send contact-form fields, chat messages, account user IDs, URL query strings or URL fragments. Advertising consent remains denied; Google signals and ad personalization are disabled in the tag configuration.
Analytics user-level and event-level retention is configured for two months, without resetting the retention period when a user returns. Most standard aggregated reports are not governed by this retention setting.

Your analytics choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days, with a choice version and timestamp. This preference storage is needed to remember and apply your decision. Analytics cookies are configured for a maximum of 180 days without automatic expiry renewal. You can use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing consent disables Analytics, clears its cookies on this site and reloads the page to unload the Google tag. Withdrawal does not remove information already sent lawfully before it.

DPA and subprocessors
The published app policies and terms describe their data processing. The Ecommerce AI Agent has a separate Merchant Data Processing Agreement with its processing details, security measures and provider schedule. The SMS terms include its DPA, the WhatsApp terms include its data-processing terms, and the AI Chat Agent for Supplements & Cosmetics terms include its Data Processing Addendum.
